[xml-dev] XML Editor settings

Hello,

With the XML tree editor being removed from the standard distribution, I 
was wondering what's going to happen to the XML Editor settings. These 
settings affect not just how XML nodes are displayed in the tree editor, 
but also in the Explorer. Seems like at least things like Default Node 
View Settings and Printable Node Length should be available. I propose 
we move these to XML General Settings. We need to do this quick, though :-)
