[xml-dev] XHTML DTDs status update

Hello,

I forgot to announce that XHTML DTDs copy was approved to be hosted
in NetBeans CVS. I created a wrapper library under "libs" projects.

It can be utilized by a small XHTML module providing an entity catalog
registration and tree editor customization (icons, texts,customizers...).

It can be also used (providing an entity catalog) by current XSLT module
providing out-of-box code completion for new XSLTs i.e. <output method="html"/>.
