[xml-dev] XML modules go to increase major version

Hello module owners,

I propose to break backward compatability in all
XML modules except xml/api in order to address issue:
http://i18n.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=31637

It affects all modules that considered XML modules' public
classes as API.

I plan to execute it in few days in both release35 branch
and trunk. Please add your possible objections as
a new comment to the issue. I'll automatically update all
dependent modules in NetBeans CVS repository.
