[xml-dev] Grouped and prioritized XML features and enhancements

Hello,

as I promised I grouped XML features into several categories:
<http://www.netbeans.org/issues/buglist.cgi?issue_type=ENHANCEMENT&issue_type=FEATURE&component=xml&issue_status=NEW&issue_status=STARTED&issue_status=REOPENED&keywords=UMBRELLA&keywords_type=exactlyanywords>

members of given category form dependency tree, e.g.:
<http://www.netbeans.org/issues/showdependencytree.cgi?id=32048>

Raw prioritized list is at:
<http://www.netbeans.org/issues/buglist.cgi?issue_type=ENHANCEMENT&issue_type=FEATURE&component=xml&issue_status=NEW&issue_status=STARTED&issue_status=REOPENED&keywords=UMBRELLA&keywords_type=exactlynowords>

Note that all priorities are valid in XML modules context only.
Priority of Sun contribution to XML Modules itself is not decided, yet.
