Looks like your (Rich's) loader asks to be installed before itself?!

Make sure you can reproduce after deleting the stored loaders.ser file 
from the userdir.

Re. CSS Objects coming before XML Objects in Object Types - in my dev 
build it comes after, as it should. Probably your loader pool is out of 
order due to the ordering exception you found.
