Schema based XML code completion?

Hi,

I just discovered http://xml.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=26477 
which asks for Schema based XML code completion, but it is rather old, 
target milestone is still 3.6.

Can we expect this feature in 4.x or will this be included in J2EE 
support module (useful for deployment descriptor editing)?
