NetBeans XML related newbie query

Hi all,

I just checked out the NetBeans XML module from the CVS. What would be the
ideal approach to understand the code? I would like to know, what sub-module
do i start with and what should be the learning path?

I would highly appreciate even the slightest of pointers.
