Description: IZ 166044 No profiling data available on remote host with 
DTrace data provider

Assessment: Prevents working with DTrace on remote Solaris system, which 
is really important

Risk assessment:
   1) setting execution privileges didn't work, chmod is executed after 
cat is finished
   2) SSH session was broken, it was restored automatically, but cache 
for DTrace privileged execution was not invalidated
   3) DTrace script was failed to execute when probe specified in script 
was not found (added -Z option)

QE verification and peer review, see comments from QE(apepin)  and peer 
(akrasny) in the IZ comments
