Hi,

I'm going to integrate fix for issue #166210 to release67 clone.

Subject: IOException when creating entity class from scratch
Impact assessment: IOException is periodically thrown from the editor
making it unusable.
Risk assessment: Simple and isolated fix in FileIndexer.
QE verification and peer revue: passed
