Please review the HR fix of the following bug:

Need final/latest version of eclipselink library bundled with nb

This is a P1 bug, because we are legally required to ship final bits  
of bundled components, not pre-release milestones. The fix is  
considered safe.

The fix was prepared by Sergey Petrov, verified by Martin Schovanek  
and reviewed by Petr Jiricka.
