#177672: missing ws references node in appclient project

Description:
WS Client is not added to Project Logical View in j2ee client project.
The issue was caused by incorrect code refactoring: Node factory was not 
registered for j2ee-clientproject

Impact:
Most of the JAX-WS functionality is not accessible in J2EE Client project

Fix: Register node factory for j2ee-clientproject
