Please review the HR fix of the following bug:

Need final/latest version of eclipselink library bundled with nb

This is one more update to a later version, different from what I  
already sent for review on Nov 24. Now we will be including  
EclipseLink 2.0 RC1.

This is a P1 bug, because we are legally required to ship final bits  
of bundled components, not pre-release milestones. The fix is  
considered safe.

Will be verified by Martin Schovanek and is being reviewed by David  
Konecny, Sergey Petrov and Milos Kleint.
