Description of the bug (including IZ #)
Makefile generation for Pro*C/C++ support is incorrect.

Impact assessment i.e. why it is a showstopper?
Can not build C/C++ database projects.

Risk assessment i.e. why is it safe?
I've forgotten to add one extension point to makefile generation process.
Fix is simple and clear.
