Description of the bug:

Bug 196680 - dlight needs small API changes in NB codebase

This is needed for DLight that goes with SolStudio.
Unfortunately needed changes were not done in time but need to be fixed.

Impact assessment i.e. why it is a showstopper?:
This is only an extension of friends-public API and doesn't affect 
existent (in NB) code.

Risk assessment i.e. why is it safe?:
These changes doesn't affect any public API. All usages are verified

Confirmation of peer code review and QE verification of fix:
mromashova gives GO. QA cannot really test this.
