Bug 196736 - Unable to reactivate settings Auto Popup Completion Window 
for HTML

Description: Once user disables the html completion autopopup in the 
options panel, it cannot be reenabled back.

Justification: Loose of functionality

Risk: none, the fix just corrects a kind of typo
