#197323 - IllegalStateException: index 281300 is out of boundaries 1

Impact: new line indentation does not work in large files (>10000 lines 
and more). CSS, HTML, JSP, XHTML are impacted. The problem exists since 
NB6.7 so not many users are impacted as it was filed only recently.

Risk: pretty safe; tested by good unit test coverage; problem is 
obvious, easy to reproduce and fix
