Request for integrating #225219 - Set Chrome plugin version to 1.0

Description of the bug:
For NB 7.3 RCs and FCS, the Chrome plugin version should be available in
version 1.0.

Impact assessment:
This will impact all users who will be using our new HTML5 support. 
Since we are releasing our first version, it makes sense to have version 
"1.0.0" and not "0.6.18".

Risk assessment:
IMHO there is no risk.
