- we need to have latest release jars and we have no release jars in 7.3.1 yet
- stopper, because even rc2 existence for eclipselink means there was some stoppers in rc1, and we should try to avoid to bundle stoppers with netbeans
- no code in netbeans is affected, no api changes are expected,
- qe/peer reviewed
