Request for integrating #230055 - Update Java EE Samples to EE 7 final release

Description of the bug:
The final EE 7 Maven APIs have been released in Maven Central by GF 
team. We need to update our Java EE 7 samples to use this final version 
instead of previously used beta version.

Impact assessment:
This might impact on everyone who is going to try new Java EE 7 samples 
inside Maven projects.

Risk assessment:
IMHO there is no risk.
