Please review the bug fix for

Description: JavacParserFactory cannot be found in the MimeLookup for 
the "text/x-java" mime type.

Impact: Basic IDE functionality - Java code formatting - does not work 
when IDE is started for the first time.

Risk: Low, trivial change.

The fix was reviewed by Tomas Zezula and QA already verified it.
