Lack of dual monitor support in 3.6

If someone from the NetBeans dev team is listening - please, please,
please add back support for docking and for opening a second source
editor.  When you took away these features you took away functionality
that is pretty essential when using two monitors.

BTW, I like the new stuff a lot.  But, with dual monitor systems
becoming more common among developers, I think that many will be driven
away from NetBeans if it doesn't support this well.  3.5.1 works nicely
with dual monitors.  3.6 beta does not.
