Creating new Mode as special place in NetBeans

Hi,

I was trying to get the following configuration with layer-files:

(or something very similiar to this crude ascii-pic)


1- ExplorerMode
2- EditorArea
3- PropertySheet
4- NEW Custom Mode
5- Output Mode (Window ...)


Somehow i may just be too dumb to figure the constraint path thing out, 
despite trying heavily - and yes I read the doc on netbeans.org 
describing the path thinking behind the constraints.

So could anybody shed some light on this? Perhaps even give me the 
correct constraints?

All tries ended with 4 showing above 2, not vice versa.

So any help is greatly appreciated.
