The only way I've found to do this is to go read the windowmanager
files in core/ui...resources/ and base what I do on what I see there,
or if I want something on a tab with a standard component, copy what
I see there.

If something in them changes, it will affect your layout and you
get to go see what changed.

Last time I looked, the magic number to display something in the same
row as the editor was "20" - that is, that the editor lives in row 20 of 
a hypothetical grid.
