You can't use the Win* L&Fs on non-Win platforms for legal reasons - it 
is disabled in the JRE at Microsoft's request (AFAIK).

I don't believe you can change this any more (as of NB 3.6).

Issuezilla. It might already be filed (I can't remember), so try to look 
for it first (component: 'editor').
