Its using the Absolute Layout. I don't like any of the other styles of
layouts so far. Otherwise the only use I found with them is to make
menus, tool bars and status bars; the rest I end up putting panels and
then more layouts like absolute or more grids.

Anyhow, yeah, absolute is what I'm using for now. I'm just making simple
interfaces for school. Things like text boxes and buttons, labels, etc.

When I try and move them around in the window, that works fine. If I try
and resize one, using the top/bottom or right/left (or even corners) it
just moves the box around, it doesn't resize it. This makes it difficult
for me to try and design something that looks good and works well.
