New Class Wizard

When using the New class wizard in Netbeans, it would be nice to have the
Wizard allow a user to specify the same properties as the Add inner class
does, such as access, superclass, interface implements, etc.  As it is, when
I use the new class wizard, I have to then customize the properties or edit
the generated source to what I want, but adding an inner class is friendlier
and I don't have to do that extra step.
