Class files showing up in PROJECTS/FILES tabs

Hi,

	Why do class files show up in PROJECTS and FILES tabs? I am expecting to only see a Java "object" which 
encapsulates both .java and .class files. Seeing both clutters the view and nothing of substance is gained. At least, 
PROJECTS should not show .class files.

	I await your feedback.
