why not merge that eclipse-perspective-lookalike and NB3.6-explorer tree ?

Hi NB-Community, i know it's probably too late for the upcoming release, but i really can't resist .... I started with NB3.4 and currently I'm working with NB3.6, and i really love it. I had to spend some time using eclipse2.1, and i learned to hate it's gui. Now i had some time to check the new NB4.0 and .... When i imported my current project into NB4 i was almost shocked by that flat unstructured endless list of packages that reminded me of the ugly "java perspective" of eclipse. Why did you quit that wonderfull tree of NB3.6 ? i can't believe it would skip the new project-oriented design (which is realy GREAT) if you would display packages in a tree combining path-elements to nodes instead of that flat list. It would be much easier to navigate and find what your looking for and use much less space since nodes that are currently of no interest can be collapsed, such hiding all the packages below that chosen level. Splitting a project that has grown too large into dependent sub-projects could help a little bit, but is just a kind of workaround. mounting jars and other libs to (undeletable) special nodes of a project (those that show up on the left side of the project properties dialog) would be much easier and much more intuitive too, compared to dialogs with lots of tabs, where you have to know exactly what feature is in what tab of what dialog. Please do not imitate that ugly feature of eclipse too. the new refacturing-features are the part of nb4 i like most of all. one argument less for the eclipse-fanatics (grin), also there is still a lot of work to do. You are on the right way, PLEASE go on! I think it's a bad idea to imitate the ugly eclipse-perspectives to make eclipse users work with netbeans. cvs integration, crossreferencing and refacturing are the features that realy count. So why does NB/Sun try to imitate the bad parts of eclipse first? Perhaps you get a few eclipse-users to switch to netbeans and get current netbeans(3.6)-users to switch to xy the same time.
