Too late for 4.0, though personally I would agree it would be a good 
addition. (Of course you can put it there yourself.)

On a related note, why is Attach (to remote VM in debugger) in the debug 
toolbar? If you are just debugging a project in the typical way (even a 
web or freeform project), you will rarely need this. It is only needed 
for relatively unusual situations where you have some program running 
(on localhost or remote) that you did not start through the IDE. Doesn't 
seem like a good use of toolbar space to me.
