If I read this correctly, you're saying that the UI team for NB 
eliminated the users' ability to add their commonly used actions to the 
NB toolbar (at least in a usable way) simply because they didn't like 
seeing those icons on the menu bar?  That doesn't make any sense to me 
at all.  In NB 4.0 it looks like some of my favorite actions have been 
(or will be) removed from the default toolbar and I'll have to add them 
back.  I will be unhappy if I find I cannot do this.
