Yes, for consistency with all other places in the IDE where such a node 
UI exists, as well as for the principle of least surprise (or damage, in 
case the target happens to be 'really-real-clean' or something you 
wouldn't want to run in some cases).

Not currently. Note that you can run a target by right-clicking it, or 
by right-clicking the main node.
