editor tabs don't always highlight currently viewed file

Has anyone noticed that when one goes to a another file via something other
than the editor tabs (e.g. via "Usages" or explorer), the editor doesn't
immediately reflect the change in the tabs area - even though the view has
already changed to the new file?  Actually, sometimes it NEVER updates the
tab :-(  It gets pretty annoying/confusing when one
jumps between files using keyboard shortcuts.

For example when I use ALT-K to jump to an editor point in a previous file, I
have no idea which file I just jumped to because the editor never updates the
tab to show the file name (humorously, if I click on an icon of a hidden
window, the editor does the update.)  On other occasions, the editor updates
the tab after a few seconds.

Anyway, is this a known issue?  If not, I should file an RFE/bug report.
