How to import JMF MediaPlayer into NB4.1 Palette ?

I tried Tools -> Palette Manager -> Add from Jar -> choose 
c:\progra~1\jmf2.1.1e\lib\mediaplayer.jar

but failed, an red error icon was appeared at right lower corner of NB 4.1, 
what's wrong ? >.<

Anyone knows how to solve it ?
