Applet and Future Netbeans

Just a future suggestion towards netbeans
How about Netbeans having some simple clean and easy-to-use animation 
framework for java applets. I still believe java applets can rise back 
fullly if by using a tool like netbeans, one can do some fading, moving, 
sequencing pictures etc.
 it doesnt have to compete with flash but justs empowers java developers 
with the ability to do simple animations without still running to flash.
 for instance looking at some JGoodies animation framework, cant such be 
implemented in netbeans applet building
 yu will be suprised about much java developers you will win 
 just a vision 4 netbeans...i am learning plugin development and hope that 
one day i can develop a plug in 4 netbeans that makes this possible
