Collapsing code makes it more noticable

I like the idea of collapsing code and comments.  When I collapse code
though, I actually think it makes the code more noticable.  The boxes
surrounding the ellipsis really stick out like a sore thumb.  Usually I choose
not to collapse code because gray text and normal syntax highlighting
doesn't draw my attention as much.  I can see the plus and minus signs
clearly enough to tell what is collapsed and what is not.

Something I would appreciate just as much would be a button to simply hide
comments.  I don't feel the need to collapse methods as much.
