Ctrl-~ also works.

I find myself using the LRU list from C-Tab fairly often, and when 
working heavily on a few files I like to have them stay in a particular 
order (sometimes manually reordering them for this reason). But there 
are also tabs which seem dispensable.

True... maybe it should be extensible to permit "classes" (modules, 
namespaces, ...) in other languages to be completed?

I *think* it should work without projects as such, given that it is 
Java-specific: ought to use GlobalPathRegistry only. But not sure; impl 
may not be "pure".

Use of MDR vs. whatever else doesn't have much to do with it; either 
this dialog supports other languages, or it doesn't.
