Build | Repeat Build/Run

I have put a small enhancement into the Build menu in dev CVS (should
appear in builds shortly) and would like some assurance that it looks
sane and is useful. (I've been running with it on for quite a while and
find it helpful, and it has been requested a number of times.) The menu item

   Repeat Build/Run

(above Stop Build/Run) just runs the last Ant target that was run in
this IDE session, if any. Outline of behavior is given here:

http://www.netbeans.org/nonav/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=47925

(search down for "UI is quite simple").

I have also tweaked the Stop Build/Run action a bit. It now displays a
bit differently if it is enabled (same as before if disabled):

1. If there is one process running, it shows e.g.

   Stop Build/Run: someproject (run)

2. If there is >1 process running, i.e. a dialog will appear, it shows

   Stop Build/Run...
