not really. We have text in the progress bar. Noe of your examples does 
have it. That text actually triggers a different UI implementation. Just 
like having indefinite progress triggers a different implementation.
So there are basically up to 3 different UI delegates for your progress bar.

1. no text, no steps (indefinite, we use it as well)
2. no text, steps (all the examples you showed fall under this category)
3. text + steps (that's what we use)
