I'm not aware of any, though I was thinking about whether such a thing would be useful yesterday. Why would you want it? Just so you could define the layout in a different (css) file? Or is it so folks who know CSS can use that knowledge in Swing? I personally hate the layout mechanism of CSS, so I was wondering why such a thing would be useful at all.
