Changing Keyboar Language Layouts in Editor

Hi.

I'm using Net Beans 5.0 on Ubuntu 6.061.

My issue is keyboard inactivity when writing code using English layout. 
Using my default Lithuanian langauge, symbols "ąčęėįšųū" are written 
properly, BUT when i trun into EN it does'nt do anything (speaking about 
one line of buttons). For example, i can not write "12345...()-=".

In "JEP.java" application found in NetBeans homepage, it shows "-" 
symbos where "123546..." should be. NumPad site of keyboard works correctly.

Any ideas about that?
