Ad the problem with agree/disagree) I think that Tor's suggestion that the user 
should be able to view the data is great. When they see what they are sending 
they should be less reluctant to do so.
Other think I would suggest is to put a URL which shows the aggregated data into 
the dialog. If People are sending some data they should get something for it. 
Some charts with IDE usages may be valuable for them. (E.g. How many people are 
using EJB projects.) So we should make the data public to give something to the 
users for theirs collaboration.
