Oh, that looks not so good ...

I think points 1,2 and 6 are not so difficult to do,
I hope that I have time to help.
I have the source for nb 5.0. (The PropertyPanel in module i18n is the 
dialog, which needs some enhancement - right?)
Is it better to get a newer version?

May be I only have the problems, because I put ALL language keys into 
ONE property file. I think it is a good solution, because than I only
have to translate frequently used strings (e.g. "New", "Add") in 
different source code at once, or is there another solution for that?
