Tutorial on GUI building in NetBeans 5.5

I just finished the netBeans 5.5 GUI tutorial at the following URL :

I can preview my UI form, however I cannot actually run it. I actually built
the project under the "Build" menu, but it won't run from DOS as follows:  

   java -jar ContactEditor.jar 


It also won't even run using the RUN option in the NetBeans IDE. Am I
missing something here ?
