GUI Buttons

I am new in Java and NetBeans 5.5. In NetBeans online tutorials on GUI you
can see they use cool buttons (rounded etc.). You can see them in attached
small .jpg file. 
But when I start to use GUI components I only see old fashion buttons
(classic style, gray, not rounded etc.). This stands also for other GUI
components like combobox, text entry and other.
Can anyone explain me this situation and how can I also work with components
like are in tutorials.
