Connection Wizard on GUI Toolbar ?

In the UI at tutorial http://www.netbeans.org/kb/55/gui-database.html , they
instruct the user to click on the "Connection Wizard on the GUI Toolbar"

I cannot find this Connection Wizard anyway. Can someone please help ?
