Order of items under "Window"

Hello,

in the main menu under "Windows" the first item in my current dev build
is "IRB - Interactive Ruby Shell". I think that this one should be
hidden somewhere under Scripting or something, what do you think?

Are there any plans to review the menus before the Feature Freeze?
