JTabbedPane

Hi, i have one question .. when u use JtabbedPane, netbeans generate code for
the tabs (panel) ... how can i do this, instead of jpanel(new) use a
preexiste code ... for example

JPanel jpanel1 = new My_Panel();


ths a lot, ... please i need help
