Usability of Plugin Manager

Hi,
I have some issues that occur when my modules are uninstalled and then 
installed again, so I've started to use the new Plugin Manager.
But I've run into some usability issues.

The first surprise is a big [Deactivate] button, which makes the line 
two times thick. And it cause a strange effect - when I select a line in 
Libraries (which can not be deactivated and thus there is no such 
button), the length of the list is reduced and the selected line is 
shifted under the mouse pointer. Not much pleasant.

Then I started to figure out how to activate the modules again. I've 
uninstalled 2 modules. But now I can not find a way how to bring them 
back! If someone uninstall some modules just temporarlily, e.g. to 
reduce memory footprint or remove the functionality that is not 
necessary right now, it's impossible to return the functionality back. I 
can find my modules under "New Plugins" tab, but I can identify them 
only because I remember the precise names and they are among tons of 
other modules. And these modules are available at the update center, 
they are not the modules that are a part of my NetBeans installation. 
When I uninstall anything, I should have a possibility to install it 
again, I think. Like it was in 5.5.

Next, there's a column "My Rating". What is it for? I did not manage to 
change there anything. The column is just empty.

In Libraries, some module names are white. Why? What does it mean?

The properties with list of module dependencies and requirements is also 
gone. I understand that ordinary users would not like to dig into these 
properties, but they were useful for me several times already, when I 
needed to figure out why some module can not be installed.
