This message is probably obsolete already in NB 5.5, and definitely in 
NB 6. Please file a bug report about it. The new Options dialog lets you 
configure the browser right on the first page.

In general, yes this is desirable, and feel free to file bug reports if 
you come across particular cases where the IDE fails to do this.
