What is missing??

Hello folks!

I love NetBeans and I came from IntellyJ IDEA. I think NB is great, but some
thing still missing...

1. Code quality inspector. I like that one that IDEA has. It is just great!
Of course I knows about SQE, but it is just not good enough.

2. GOOD UML Tools. I am really missing good quality UML tools. Those that
exists looks very cheap. Look how it could look like:

3. GOOD code completion for XML-like files... Sometimes it works, sometimes
not...

Please... feel free to add :-)
